“Wooded area on the edge of town.”
Nightly Rate: $40 USD
We were there in the "off season" no amenities were available. We camped at Yellowstone River RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Walk to Yellowstone River next to property. Dont miss Blues BBQ (closed Mondays) for a great meal. In a gas station just like the best BBQ I have found in Texas. Close to downtown restaurants, museums and shopping. Check out the Rimrock trail close to the airport. Nice walking and bike paths with great views of Billings.

“Quiet! Very clean ”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
Sites are gravel and clean and level. 20 min walk to Yellowstone River. Dont attempt to swim there. Its filthy. But people were fishing. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Clean area, clean water....

Tip for Other Campers:
You have to go to MOOYAH and get a burger and fries! Walmart and tons of fast food and restaurants are near by. Also the zoo.

Why is there such a variation in pricing? I understand off season being less but there were prices from $75 to $100 for nightly rates....

We were skeptical after hearing all of the reviews of tight sites and buddy sites. However, we were in site 138 and it was incredible! Back in, level and enough room for our slides and a little gravel...

Give Uberbrew a try, they have great beer and good food. Montana Brewing Company has some of the best wings we've ever had. Their beer is good, too.
