Tips from campers about Clarks, NE
- BRRSDR Redbird State Recreation Area is just a few miles up the road. Jeep Badge of Honor program has four badge trails there. Our GPS took us straight there. The sign is small and easy to miss if not paying attention. The surrounding roads are narrow. We have a 45' Class A motorhome pulling a Jeep and it was doable/tight. Just be careful as there isn't any shoulders. Multiple times locals would get over to make room for us, it just seemed like they were all friendly and accommodating. Once we saw a tractor on the roads so the locals are accustomed to getting over for something big.4 months ago Hillbilly Acres Campground LLC
- RT TRAILS Visit Linton to get groceries at Walmart or to have lunch at The Grill. Terre Haute is not too far and has a wonderful historic brewery with excellent food called M. Moggers Restaurant and Pub. All your shopping needs may be found in Terre Haute, too. Bloomington is not too far and is the home of Indiana University.2 years ago Hillbilly Acres Campground LLC
