A beautiful campground at 10,000 feet with beautiful views in some sites of the surrounding mountains. Lots of trees provide shade and protection. If you can find a spot around the meadow, this is a...

Tip for Other Campers:

Don't miss the Bristlecone Pine trail and the Alpine Lakes loop which begin in the campground. If you are an experienced hiker, you can do the Wheeler Peak trail (13,000 feet). Also make sure to see Lehman Caves. They are some of the most beautiful caves I have ever seen. Make sure to make reservations ahead online or you may not get in....

Rhonda A Don't miss the Bristlecone Pine trail and the Alpine Lakes loop which begin in the campground. If you are an experienced hiker, you can do the Wheeler Peak trail (13,000 feet). Also make sure to see Lehman Caves. They are some of the most beautiful caves I have ever seen. Make sure to make reservations ahead online or you may not get in.
