Tips from campers about Timberland Campground
- JHutchison Cell service is limited and no WiFi so plan ahead. Also apparently when we went there were a lot of carp dying up stream and floating down causing smell and flys. Once it rained the smell seamed to calm down.7 months ago Birdsville Riverside RV Park

Tip for Other Campers:
Make sure you take the Mount Washington Motor Road. The views of the White Mountains are spectacular. Nonnas restaurant serves authentic Italian food.

We rode our harley through 4 of the notches in the area plus up Mount Washington. Beautiful area to explore.

Nice, but lots of flying, stinging, bugs. The owners were very pleasant, but I'm assuming due to the heavy forest all around, the bugs were bad. Do We camped at Timberland Campground in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Do NOT drive yourself up Mount Washington. Even on a crystal clear day at the level/elevation you enter, up higher, very heavy cloud cover makes visibility nearly 0 feet. There are NO guardrails either. Very long windy, SCARY DRIVE!
