“What a fantastic gem of a park.”

The only issue you may have is the road going up to the park is steep, and long with several switch backs. Most of the road is paved with a gravel section between the paved areas. Could be difficult...

Tip for Other Campers:
During the school season the owner are teachers so responses to calls may be delayed till the afternoon. The owners are wonderful nice people.

Needed a last minute reservation and the owner was incredibly accommodating. This is a very pretty campground at the top of a hill. Beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful area. Great place to camp....

- DarcysOnTheGO We saw people dry camping back up the mountain where it was much cooler and it had trees and would stay there if ever in the area not at this park.
