Tips from campers about Rip Van Winkle Campground
- Michel Gilbert While you are here, you might want to consider visiting Bethel (the site of the Woodstock festival) and the Woodstock museum found there. The town of Woodstock is also very close (10 minutes) and a fun little town (with a laundromat). You can also visit Opus 40, which is nearby and is an amazing creation. Very clean park. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park. Camp is close to parks and hiking. We camped at Rip Van Winkle Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
