“Super friendly,helpful staff.”
Nightly Rate: $72 USD
Campground was clean and peaceful. Our site was right next to a cabin. A little tight but fine for an over night stay. We camped at Happy Holiday RV Village in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
We did drive highway 441 over the Smokies mountains and it was fine. We were in 37 class an and towing a vehicle. There was nowhere to park at the Sugarland visitor center. All the rv spots were taken by cars.
“We had a great site site by the creek. ”

Tips from campers about Happy Holiday RV Village
- Tbrin8412 Bring your hiking shoes or bike and enjoy the scenery. I would advise avoiding coming highway 19 from Maggie Valley, we went around and came up 441 which was a much more enjoyable drive3 years ago Happy Holiday RV Village
- Joseph R Hunt We use Trip wizard/RV life and it routed us from Ashville to Cherokee via Hwy 19 (Maggie Valley) instead of using Hwy 74 from Waynesville Hwy 74 to Cherokee which is safer for an RV. First time here several years ago, we took Hwy 19 over the Soco Mountain and it was not RV safe (narrow road in some places a 7-9 o/o up or down gradient. Much safer to use Hwy 74. We recognized that RV Life was going to send us over Hwy 19 and we stopped and turned around and went back to Hwy 74. Note somehow it change routes on us from where it started.3 years ago Happy Holiday RV Village
- JohnLoc843 I recommend splurging with a site next to the stream. It's pretty special having a campfire next to the stream at night.2 years ago Happy Holiday RV Village

“Nice and clean Campground”

Its a feel good Campground. Spacious site with sewer right at the creek. Downside is humbled internet and when it rains it tends to get muddy. We camped at Happy Holiday RV Village in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Best way to get there is exit 74 to 441. Even coming from the east is worth the extra miles.
