Tips from campers about Beechland Campground
- Bellas Travels We found a state park with an emergency site for the night and we are now at Minuteman Campsite. Both places were nice and helpful.3 years ago Cape Ann Camp Site
- Mark and Karen Freeman The road getting to the campground is narrow for large rigs to maneuver on we felt and the local drivers drive too fast so you have to contend with that as well. It was a good 30 minutes on windy roads until you get the the freeway to get to town for any supplies, restaurants you may need.6 months ago Cape Ann Camp Site

Tip for Other Campers:
Try to time your visit with the annual performance of The Lost Colony. We wished we had known about it ahead of time. We visited just about every attraction on Manteo (as well as covering a lot of the towns north and south on the Outer Banks). We enjoyed Manteos less traveled and smaller attractions.
