County owned campground is in a valley and sort of in a circle surrounded by river. Great scenery. Water is calm so canoeing and kayaking works well. Well treed but a little sporadic in the way the...

Tip for Other Campers:

There is a store in the park but the selection is limited. Mohall has a Dollar General and a Jack and Jill. Kenmare is around a half hour away but well worth a visit. It has groceries and more services. The historical folks there have a massive display far out of proportion for a town this size.

pilots48 It's to bad that the 2 buildings that once had toilets and showers have been closed and are being vandalized. Also to bad some sites don't have water and electric seeing that water and electric are/were already in the campground. They could easily create a honor pay system.
