We stayed here May 25 & 26, 2018. First time here. We were supposed to leave on May 28th but left early. First, let me say the woman owner we dealt with was very nice and helpful once we found her....

Tip for Other Campers:
Absolutely nothing to do in the area. Closest is Hocking Hills, 1 hour drive. They do have what they call a lake is actually a large pond that you can swim in. They have a little beach. If you decide to walk around the campground be very careful on the hills due to loose gravel and loose asphalt!...

Hopewell Mounds National Historic Site is fascinating. Free admission. Great video intro, interesting and very well done museum, very helpful staff. Beautiful spot. Good Kroger's in Chillicothe, as well as "Tecumseh," an outdoor drama which we've seen twice and would happily see again....

Swimming and playgrounds. Even had a bunkhouse that can accommodate over 25 with full kitchen,close to new large shower area....
