Tip for Other Campers:
Visit the petroglyphs about 20 minutes drive away. Nice walking trail in the area. Otherwise not a whole lot else in the area. Didn't eat out so can't comment....

The nearby towns are small, but there is a Piggly Wiggly, laundromat, gas stations, and other useful businesses in Wellston. Nearest large town is Jackson and has a WalMart, Tractor Supply, and other larger stores and businesses....

“Close spaces ”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
It was very crowded on memorial weekend and it was nice. They had a nice dj and party. It was fun. We camped at Lake Alma State Park in a Travel Trailer.
