Tip for Other Campers:
If the weather permits, hiking in the Wichita Mountains is excellent. Go to Meers Store and Restauarant for great burgers and cobbler for dessert. Make sure to check out Medicine Park.

Tip for Other Campers:
Close to Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Bison, Longhorn, prairie dogs, coyotes, collared lizards, etc. Great hiking and motorcycle riding. Medicine Park is fun to walk around. The chicken fried steak at the Old Plantation restaurant was great!

We had a pull through site. The host was awesome, told us where everything was and things to see in the surrounding area. We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage in a Travel Trailer.

“Close to Lawtonka lake, large sites, good amenities”

It was ok, a lot of grass growing up in gravel site but large sites, no shade, good amenities We camped at The Peak RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.
