Tip for Other Campers:
If you are looking to eat out, we can recommend Shads Catfish Hole and Wild Horse Mountain BBQ. Shads is right by the gas station across from the park, and Wild Horse is north a couple miles. Really good food, fun atmosphere both places. Our experience at Sherrys Farmhouse Kitchen in town was not good. Cold food with little flavor, but good service.

Lots of swimming and parks in the area, great food, splash pad. McDonald's had indoor playground also.
