LvR Just up the road is a great convenience/hardware store - Appleknockers. Have just about anything you need. There is a great little ice cream shop in Warren - Moose Scoops. You have to give that a try.

Robbyn_362 The Baker river is right alongside and scenic. Woodstock is close if you want a decent meal the PublikHouse was a great choice. Many other options there in the town center. Loon mountain, Hobo Railroad and Pemigawwasett river close by for summer fun.

Airmattress Short drive to Lincoln for daily activities and a bit further in the scenic Kancamagus Highway to North Conway for shopping outlets. Or make a day trip to Mt. Washington
