Tips from campers about Washington County Fair Complex Campground
- P Frederick Local Pizza was very good, donuts were great. Blanchard Caverns and tour were spectacular, the Dulcimer Shoppe is a must see stop in addition to the local groups playing music in the square behind the courthouse next to the ice cream shop.
- Train Fan Right next door to the Ozark Folk Center State Park.
- Grover & Janet Mountain View Bluegrass Festival is awesome. There is one in the spring and the fall. It was a little early and chilly but there are multiple places in town to enjoy impromptu jam sessions with local and visiting musicians. Make sure to hit the Dulcimer Shoppe and see McSpadden instruments being made in their shop.
