“Large, well spaced sites in the trees next to a large reservoir. Ideal camping campground.”

Completely enjoyable old school camping. Trails and walk to the lake and marina. Not far to Eugene if you want to explore the city too. We camped at Richardson Park in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Richardson Park
- JeannBob Lots to see in the area. Visit Museum of the Mountain Men in Pinedale, drive Skyline Scenic Drive, walk the trails (dog friendly) at the CCC Ponds at Fremont Lake. Take the time to drive up to Green River Lakes (352 [paved] to 650 [gravel]); beautiful alpine lake, scenic views along the way.4 years ago Highline Trail RV Park

- CampersNew59 Take the Skyline drive out of PInedale - it had awesome views! We also walked the CCC Pond trail which both our dog and ourselves loved! “Lovely tall trees”

Lovely tall trees, close to the lake and other amenities. Not super close to any of the shopping, but there is a small grocery store down the road. We camped at Richardson Park in a Motorhome.

Make sure that you stay out of the sketchy areas. There are a lot of homeless everywhere.

Stayed in site 72 pull thru. Slightly shaded. Easy in and out. Sites are nestled among trees. Many sites fully shaded. Only downside was no AT&T cell service. We had no WiFi and couldnt make any calls...

“Wonderful Lake ”
