Tip for Other Campers:
Driving in is very curvy and has steep cliffs which can be treacherous with a trailer. It was a little unnerving. Driving in inclement weather would be difficult. The town of Unity is close by with a very small store/cafe but does not have ice so get it at the campsite if you need it.

Tips from campers about Unity Lake State Recreation Site
- Bridge27 Driving in is very curvy and has steep cliffs which can be treacherous with a trailer. It was a little unnerving. Driving in inclement weather would be difficult. - jepm If youre coming in from the east on hwy 26, the RVLife navigation app has a problem. When you are a couple miles from the campground if it tells you to turn sharp right onto Rouse Rd, it sends you a couple miles down a dirt road. From hwy 26 go turn on to hwy 245. Tip for Other Campers:
If youre coming in from the east on hwy 26, the RVLife navigation app has a problem.
