Tip for Other Campers:
Quite close to Gettysburg so a great place for visiting. Some sites are pretty small so check out your site before heading in. It took us 3 sites before we found one.

It is a little pricey but very close to the town and the battlefields. We camped at Gettysburg Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Book a bus tour of the battlefield. It is the only way to get a feel for what battle was fought where and on what day!

“Fine place to stay..just expensive!”

The park is pretty and clean. Its close to everything and easy to get to and from. WiFi didnt work for us but thats about all campgrounds. Just thought it was pretty pricey at $95/night! Ouch....
