“We were right on the river and it was a very pretty area. Also there were not a lot of bugs”

We were there for 3 days. It was sort of the end of a very long run from Nashville back to Connecticut where we live. It was a peaceful stay except for the Halloween activities that were going on....

Some of our reason for being there was to visit the Lancaster area. My wife loves to can vegetables and so we stopped and bought bottles, Etc but I have to say that the traffic in Lancaster is not like it used to be that used to be mostly buggies and a few cars and now it's ridiculously crowded. I'll have to think hard before I go back...

Tips from campers about Thousand Trails Circle M
- Ramorton__120 Careful coming into the park the road is busy and the entrance has a little incline that you could hit if coming in fast. try and get the sites with full hookups. We first had a site along the river with water and electricity but woke up the first morning with water coming out of the ground near the water spigot and the area gets very muddy, got a full hook-up site up on the hill and was much better.1 year ago Thousand Trails Circle M

- Firedog144 Very interesting to explore the Amish area. Use caution on the road because you periodically come upon horse and buggys. Amish have baked goods out on the road that you can buy under the honor system. Beautiful area.5 months ago Thousand Trails Circle M

Pool closed, but sign said hours opened. There was not much happening, maybe because it was drizzle rain The Week we were there There a Sheetz down the road and plenty of eats about 3 miles Chipotle, Panera, and other fast food. Lowes and Weis Market close as well....
