“Newer site still partially under construction ”
Nightly Rate: $100 USD
Nice site. Off the beaten path. Good amenities. Lots to do in neighboring areas. Pizza! We camped at Piney River RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Spots are pretty close and there is still construction going on as of 03/2025. While we had a longer premium spot, $100 a night is a bit pricey.

We had a great back-in site. Number 58. Looked out over the lower facilities, the Piney River, mountains, ponds and pastures. It was beautiful. Just a short walk up to the store, game room and laundry...

Tip for Other Campers:
We visited the Wonder Center & Science Museum, very cool. Caught a 3D movie and Roxy 8 and found all we needed at ALDIs about 25 min from the campground. We also visited the Factory at Franklin and had the BEST tacos at Mojos Tacos. Lovely area!
