Mostly a permanent sight. Really big park with mostly homes with a lot of stuff.
We camped at Whispering Oaks Campground in a Motorhome.

Just staying there on way home. Would not really want to stay again.

Tips from campers about Whispering Oaks Campground
- Doug Bjarko Minnesota Zoo is about a mile away. Very nice. Most everything thing else we did and went to see is about a half hour away. Mall of America, The Arboretum, James J Hill House and the St Paul Catholic Cathedral . And more.
