“Good Base Camp”
Nightly Rate: $16 USD
Very pretty riverside site. Just a bit close but staggered. Kinda squirrelly getting to the site. Pretty narrow but doable. We camped at Ragland Bottom in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Two great SP with waterfalls nearby. Rock Island and Burgess Falls. Twin Falls @ Rock Island is amazing. We didn't do the hike to Burgess Falls due to knees but it is spectacular as well, from past experience.

Burgess Falls SP is about 16 miles away. Excellent trails. Awesome waterfalls!

“Wonderful Scenery”

We stayed on Site 15 for five nights. Beautiful scenery and a nice place to just hang out for a few days. We camped at Ragland Bottom in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Worth the extra few miles to head into Sparta for groceries. The town has 2 gigantic well stocked liquor stores :)
