- RVL260840 There is an H-E-B grocery 10 minutes away and a Walmart a little farther up the road. The ferry over to Port Aransas was free and easy to take and the drive up the coast to Corpus Christi was pleasant. Tip for Other Campers:
Mickeys is a nice restaurant close to the park with good food. Rockport is a close drive with a nice variety of restaurants. I highly recommend Paradise Key for delicious food and a great variety on the menu along with a nice view of the bay.
