“Nice campsites nestled in the woods.”

Very well maintained campground conveniently located near Ben Wheeler and Canton. Still growing and planning to add amenities. Staff was very nice. We camped at Big Tex Campgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
There are lots of events going on Especially on the weekends or during first Mondays in Canton. In Ben Wheeler there was live music over the weekend at the local spots and that was fun

- RT TRAILS Close to Route 66. Visit Vinita and eat at the Hi-Way Cafe or Clanton's Cafe (both Route 66 historic restaurants.) Take a drive to Miami to view the historic Coleman Theater and grab a burger from Waylan's Ku Ku.
