Tip for Other Campers:
The park is very close to the historic downtown which is worth a walk. If you are a music lover, we enjoyed touring through Gruene for the live music and historic buildings.

Tip for Other Campers:
I would suggest you take donut floats, they do provide you with sum if you like at the entrance but you have to pay for them and its not the chepest, also tents are not the best thing to bring due to the texas heat and unexpected thunderstorms.
