Tip for Other Campers:
Bandera is the closest city- an awesome little town that oddly still feels like a wild west town. The Dough Joe was a really good pizza place only around 15 minutes away. Old Town Helotes has the Helotes Gallery which was a unique and inspiring art gallery. Meadows Custards in Helotes was also very good.
