There are grocery stores in a couple of towns about 15-20 minutes away, along with a Walmart in one of those towns as well as fast food places and restaurants. The campground is only 45 minutes from Dallas if you want to brave the traffic or happen to be a Cowboys fan.

We enjoy staying at T. T. Lake Tawakoni, but the roads are ridiculously in need of repair. More like start over and rebuild them. We camped at Thousand Trails Lake Tawakoni in a Motorhome.

West on hwy 276 about 20-30 minutes is Walmart and fast food and bbq. East about 15 minutes a grocery store and eating establishments.
