The park is nicely kept with nice private sites. They are mostly pull through. We camped at Stephen F. Austin State Park in a Travel Trailer.

So sorry I didn't book us here for 2 weeks rather than 4 days. Best park out of 5 we've stayed at. Trees everywhere, nice long pull through, no stickers or burrs to get into my pups fur. Foot tall...

Tip for Other Campers:

If you have dogs, try GuadalaHarry's in Willis. Lovely outside patio where our dogs sat under the "picnic" table (granite table top isn't exactly your average table). View was stunning, right on the water. Great food and margaritas.

Enjoyed the full hook-up sites. Great hiking trails, but not much access to the river. Campsites we nicely mowed and pull through and spacious. Was good enough for our family to book a return visit!...
