Tip for Other Campers:
If you like birding, both Choke Canyon and Lake Corpus Christie are close. Only 90 minutes from the national seashore on Padre Island. Shopping in town is limited, but check out Pintails boutique, a nice mix of vintage and local vendors.

Tip for Other Campers:
Very close to Choke canyon reservoir and a couple mile from town. Nice and dark at night and quiet. Site 16 is close to the road where occasional traffic can be heard.
