It was early February, so we found that there isnt much open. We did enjoy dinner at 4th west pub. Definitely a locals hangout, but welcoming and decent food....

They have some great sites that make you feel that theirs no one else there. We camped at Escalante Cabins and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

- Noreen & Scott We did the WillisnCreek slot canyon hike. Easy and beautiful. Far enough off the beaten path to not be crowded. mossy Cave and waterfall are crowded and not spectacular, but the wading in the creek was delightful on a warm day. 20 Mile Wash dinosaur tracks are worth thre trek down a very washboardy road.4 years ago Escalante Cabins and RV Park

Very clean Park. Close to town and surrounding areas for hiking and Parks.
Sites were spacious and clean. Laundry room was clean, We camped at Escalante Cabins and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Arches National Park about 45 mins away. Make sure to stop by the Information center across the street. Great maps of the area and the workers were super knowledgeable about the area. Close by is The Escalante Petrified Forest St Park. Escalante Natural Bridge, Lower Calf Creek Falls and Long shot canyon. So much hiking and driving to see beautiful...
