This is a great location, right on the Colorado River and almost across the road from Fisher Towers. I had an easy back-in site that was pretty level, considering. The camp host was very nice as...

Of the 13 BLM campgrounds on this stretch of the Colorado River, this one isn't great but better than some. Right off the paved highway; no rough roads and all of the RV sites are nearly level - but...

- Sara C. Bring your kayak and paddle up-stream, the river is "lazy" enough in this section to make a little distance before returning to camp. Find a private spot and bathe in the river. Everyone else is going down the river from the campground, and no one else in sight. ;) Moab is 23 miles from this spot, a little distance, but if not tethered to cell phone service, may be well worth the peace and quiet.9 years ago Hittle Bottom Campground
