“Nice concrete pads with trees around”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
Sites are nice and with only 10 per row (5 each side) it didnt feel crowded. We camped at CAX Campground and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
The Trail around Cheatem Lake is nice with numerous obstacles for an MWR event called Barbarian Bruiser which made the 6 mile loop! , interesting.

Tip for Other Campers:
You're close to several historical sites to visit, all within 15-20 min. There is a waterpark, 5 min up the road. Yorktown Pub is 20 min away.
Check the road conditions in the area to figure out the best way to get here. If it's important to you, be aware the WI-FI is not reliable and cel phone coverage is very weak.

“Nice military park close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens ”

Very nice park with 50 paved pad sites, all full hookup. We were in #17 on the end of a row, which was nice. The bathhouse was clean and held a nice coin laundry with 6 total machines. $2 / load....

Tip for Other Campers:
We toured Colonial Williamsburg - great area with lots of history, plus shopping and restaurants. We also went to the Redoubt Park to see the battlefield.
