Tip for Other Campers:

Small playground for kids. If you are into casinos Danville is about a hour or less away with a brand new one. Virginia international raceway is also about the same time away.

"Spirit Led's" REAL name is Cindy Leon. We didn't have any noted issues with Cindy Leon during her stay, but she was associated with and is supporting Harry Bean, a known problem guest. We enforce our published policies, and our many repeat guests greatly appreciate it. Harry Bean violated our policies and the law and was ejected. Harry Bean tampered with our private mailbox. Mailboxes are protected by federal law, and tampering with a mailbox is a felony offense (fines up to $250,000 and imprisonment for up to five years). Harry Bean encouraged an unregistered visitor to trespass on our private property, even though EVERY entrance is CLEARLY marked with "No Trespassing" and "Registered Guests Only". Per our policies: "Monthly guests are responsible for weekly trimming around hoses, power cords, satellite dishes, and personal items." We allow monthly guests to borrow our trimmer, so there is no need to own or "rent one". As a result, we've permanently banned Harry Bean and Cindy Leon.

Harry Bean violated several of our published policies, and was ejected for those violations. We received numerous complaints about Harry Bean from our other guests. All of our policies are on our website, plus Harry Bean signed our Guest Agreement upon check-in. We do not give permission for any guests to open our private mailbox, and it is illegal in the US to do so. In our published policies, monthly guests are responsible for weekly trimming and are permitted to borrow our trimmer. Monthly guests receive a greatly discounted rate and as such, do not have as many included services as daily guests. All entrances have large signs that indicate “No Trespassing” and “Registered Guests Only”. We prosecute for trespassing, for the safety of our guests. We are on-site 24/7, are in the office most of the day, and are available by phone 8 AM until 10 PM. Due to Harry Bean’s blatant disregard for our published policies, he is permanently banned from our property.

Our basic free WiFi is designed for web browsing and email. We have an upgraded speed option for guests that require it.
