Tip for Other Campers:
For the proximity of being within Chincoteague/Assateague island and even Ocean City the value of your dollar goes far in here I must say. Let's be honest.. A 2 bedroom condo in OC, Fenwick, or even on Chincoteague island costs astronomically high.
