The location of this park is the best part; right on the water, right on the bike path and very close to downtown Anacortes. We stayed in site 121 and its pretty tight. Were a 45 class A motorhome and...

Tip for Other Campers:

Bring your bikes! You can ride the bike path all the way into downtown and bike around the town. Make sure you stop in the Grocery to try some muffins. And also Pelican Bay Bookstore! They have a huge selection of half price books and also a delicious little coffee bar inside. Washington Park is gorgeous and fun to walk around. And dont forget to go to the...

Tips from campers about Fidalgo Bay Resort

  • Dennis_189 Many county and forest roads to explore in the area. There are 3 day-use area reservoirs just across Hwy 373 from the campground. Picnic, kayak, hike, sit on the beach, etc. The towns of Springerville and Eagar are not too far away for supplies - gas, groceries, hardware, and "dollar" stores.
  • sebkarlsson Addition to the review: the owner also called us entitled for expecting aggressive dogs to be leashed as per her own rules
  • RVBob55 Great base camp area to visit many parts of the beautiful White Mountains and close to services in the Eager/Springerville area. Short drive to Show Low Greer offers a small store and a few restaurants as well as a Historic Lodge/Hotel and other lodging rentals.

Tip for Other Campers:

They have a boat ramp, nice area to kayak. Town is only 5 minutes away and maybe ten minutes to san Juan island ferry. Lots to do in the area, whale watching, fishing, hiking. Walking trail through campground goes all the way into town.
