Nightly Rate: $40 USD

Beacon Rock has a climbing trail on the side of the rock. It is about a mile for the campground.
“Good location, but”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD

Tip for Other Campers:
The bonneville lock & dam VC was cool. Turn at the sign, google took us to the old entrance. Also the Fort Cascades hiking trail nearby, level, 1.5miles if you have time and need to stretch your legs.

“Be careful of bridge, only 13' clearance!”
Nightly Rate: $45 USD
The campground is very beautiful. Nice tall trees, shrubs, only 5 camp spots for RVer's. Clean restrooms, quarter showers. Not much privacy between camp spots. The train runs about 60-70 FEET from...

Tip for Other Campers:
We drove to Hood River for a bite of lunch and found Grace Su's China Gorge Restaurant across the river. Very good food but a little more spendy than we expected for lunch.

Tip for Other Campers:
If you are interested in visiting the waterfalls on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge (particularly Multnomah), the park is within easy driving distance across the Bridge of the Gods. Note that the lanes on Bridge of the Gods are only 9' wide. Plan on arriving at the waterfall parking areas by 9 am or you will not find a parking place. Also pay...
