“Ok for one night”

“Nice quiet campsites.”

We would come back again and wish we could've stayed a little longer. We camped at Blackhawk Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Blackhawk Park
- xarmoreddriver Sunrise Orchards in Gays Mills for all kinds of apple stuff and a whole lot more. The Bright Spot in DeSoto for good food at decent prices. Sylvan Glen in Stoddard for evening dinning with bar service. Sheps over in Lansing Iowa is good too with bar service. A must is Horsfalls Variety store also in Lansing. You'll find things you didn't know you needed until you saw it at Horsfalls.6 years ago Blackhawk Park

“Quiet, clean, feel safe.”
Nightly Rate: $13 USD
The Rangers were great both at check-in and when they walked through the park. I understand that there is great fishing here too. We camped at Blackhawk Park in a Motorhome.

We camped here 4 nights which allowed us to explore the history rich area. A great place for bird watching including bald eagles. We camped at Blackhawk Park in a Travel Trailer.

“So nice but sites are close ”

Tip for Other Campers:
Not a whole lot nearby but you can drive to stores in nearby towns. The ranger stated the market next door has firewood and great breakfast dishes and burgers.
