Tip for Other Campers:
Pay the extra $5 (at time of our booking) for a pull-through site if you have a big rig. Site 111 looks like the best and maybe the ones next to it. The other row of pull throughs look un-level front to back. If you are looking for fishing across the street, check ahead about the condition of the lake.
“Family oriented ”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
Many permanents. Good seperate section for travelers. Fills up at weekends. Pretty empty during week. Close to downtown and lake/river. We camped at Buffalo Lake Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Small gravel/waterfall park in town well worth stopping byWisconsins tallest tree is in the town!!!

- nmorgan997 So many great things to do and restaurants to explore. Fort Myer's beach is great for beach time whereas Sanibel Island beaches are phenomenal for shell hunting. “Great tall evergreen trees! Swaying in the wind! Nice, but not great.”

Nice overall, but sites aren't super level and there are lots of ants...about half of the sites are full timers and the rest are available. Not a bad place to stay, but not super exciting either......

Tip for Other Campers:
Went there to visit the Dells... Everything is 30 minutes away which was great! Not too close, not too far... Recommend the river boat and duck boat tour!
