We stay here for the proximity to the wilderness areas away from all of the tourist traps We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Not much for food, but there is the world famous Meeteetse Choclatier awesome

Charged us 72 bucks for a narrow parking spot in the grass with hookups. That included $10 extra for our dog. What the hell? The dog stayed in our trailer, so it's not like he somehow created extra...

This little RV park is about 30 miles outside of Cody. There is a small gas station/convenience store in Meeteese. RV spots are sandwiched in between cottages, and some spots are very close together....

Sites are interspersed with small cottages. Cable and WiFi were great. Town just seemed too isolated and uninteresting to justify more than an overnight. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel...

It was a place to stay with a shower. Nice people and helpful too. It's a Cowboy / Ranch town. If you don't like that, don't come here. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
