We are sorry to hear you won't be returning. We feel we need to clarify some things. Check in for everyone is 1 pm - 6 pm. We will stay until 8 pm should traffic hold you up and this time of year that's highly likely. When I (Leah)explained to your husband that I upgraded my software the day of your arrival so I can now offer gift cards so you wouldn't have lost anything if you didn't make it, he seemed happy with that. I didn't call you because I literally did the upgrade that afternoon in case you didn't make it. Our future guests will appreciate this should any urgency arise and they can't make it in time . Thank you for that motivation and for staying with us in the past. Safe travels!
