Tip for Other Campers:
5 minutes from downtown Percé and the ferry to Bonaventure. We took the 10 AM ferry to the island and around the Rock, and the 3 PM one back after a great hike and gannet visit, a must for visitors. Plenty of time.
We stayed 2 nights, right on the beach of Baie Ste. Marie. Quiet and with plenty of space for rig and table. Close to lots of little places up and down the Acadian Coast, and close to Université Ste....

Tip for Other Campers:
Saturday local market up the road, Frenchy's discount brand name store (ask where), Beaux Vendredis every Friday in the summer, at the Market, on the ocean, where you can buy freaks cooked seafood meals & listen to live music). Check out Ste. Anne's for music also.
Very accommodating staff. Very quiet & peaceful, but friendly folks as well. We stayed there one night, Thursday, and there was lots of choices for a site. Campground accesses a bay of Lake Ontario...

On the lake, with a people and a pet beach. We went to Picgon on the way out, a cool town with good shopping.
We camped on a Friday night, so if you're looking for peace & quiet, don't look here. We asked for a more private site & therefore took a site without electricity. The site was in the Walking Stick...

I didn't see much to do in the park, although there are activities in the town of Turkey Point.
Lovely park, quiet and peaceful, ample sized sites. Good location for exploring the area. We camped at Frenchman's Cove Provincial Park in a Motorhome.
