Park is a mix of mobile homes, full timers and snowbirds. Our stay is February thru March. Very hard to maneuver through park due to very narrow roads. Our lot was really not met for a 36' motorhome....

Tip for Other Campers:
Must visit the murals in Lake Placid. Lots of orange groves in the area. Ft. Myers is just over a hour west and the Atlantic Coast is also just over a hour away.

Clean and family friendly. Good value. We camped at Maumee Bay State Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
If you need to dump and are not staying in one of the new full hook up sites and youre leaving on a Sunday (along with everyone else) get in line early.
