I don't know why the previous reviewer thought there was no water. There is no view of the water, but 10 feet from the lower camping space near the road, and you are at the edge of the creek. Nice...

Tip for Other Campers:
If you walk a few feet towards the edge of the campground you reach battle creek which has fishing and tubing, and down the access road across the highway there are fishing and swimming holes, a waterfall you can swim behind etc. Mineral is a mile down the road, walking and biking distance if you feel like some exercise.
