We stay at this park twice a year or more on our way from OR to AK. We are able to walk our dog in the tent camping park, which is a large grassy area and we also cross the street to a recreation area...

The Tri-Cities always have events going on that can be free, like the Pirate Festival, the Boat Light Show in December on the Columbia River, great parks and lots of great shopping malls, and concerts!

Tip for Other Campers:

We enjoyed walking the park and seeing the improvements being made and we went to lunch at a Chinese buffet in town that was most excellent. There are a lot of great choices in restaurants for such a small city. We hope to travel the Paul Bunyan trail next time.
