Tip for Other Campers:
Great hiking for all skill levels. We're pretty avid hikers and we found some great trails that were fairly rugged. Definitely not for anyone with bad knees or heart conditions. That being said there are plenty of other trails that are very manageable. Dogs are allowed on the trails as well which our dog definitely appreciated.
It's a nice state park and apparently quite popular. I think it was completely full on the weekend. The lake is nice but the boat rental place was closed. I'm guessing due to COVID. I will say that...

Tip for Other Campers:
Research your site well. There are some odd ones and some really small ones. Bring your kayak. Seems like fishing is good. There's a kayak launch but it costs $8 per vessel per day. There's a pool but it was closed due to COVID. It looked nice. There's also a restaurant in the park but we never went there.
