Question: Is there a 24 hour guard at entrance? Is this completely gated? Along the riverbed, is it gated? Are there homeless along the riverbed in tents?
Answer:
There isn't a security guard; you get a gate code to enter in. The property is gated all around. I didn't see any homeless people when I was there in Nov. 2024, but I wasn't looking either. One night we stayed along the riverbed, but didn't see any tents, etc....
