The concrete pad is only about 10 to 12 ft. Wide but plenty of room length wise for 45 ft. MH. And toad We camped at Pensacola Beach RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
A must see is the Navel Aviation museum! Its free and well worth the trip, give yourself several hours to go through and tour it, take your time.
