I cant say for all time periods, but I was here in Feb-Mar and they had plenty of spaces. Shopping is near. Dump station has a fee, and it appears you pay at the station. Havent used it yet.

Tip for Other Campers:
Gas is expensive in Mammoth Lakes, but look for the Indian Casino south of ML on 395 for much better prices. There are several places where you can pay for a shower. Clean and hot water. Footloose Sporting Goods can have some killer end of season sales! The visitors center has good information about nearby natural wonders.
