The camp ground need some care. But, some tree trimming on the RV sites would greatly improve the overall appearance. We camped at Thousand Trails Medina Lake in a Motorhome.

Washrooms were clean. Washing machine worked well. There was construction in the campground and it was well marked. We camped at Gas City Campground in a Motorhome.
