Question: Can you reserve a site? How noisy? When do they usually fill up?
Answer:
The spaces are first-come, first-serve and are paid for at a kiosk, so no reservations. There is definitely some noise - you're right off the highway and trucks come and go all night through the service center. As for if the spaces fill up, I'm not sure. When we were there it was winter and only one other camper came....

Tip for Other Campers:
CASH ONLY for the electric hookup. There's a pet relief area outside. Inside, they have gendered restrooms as well as a family restroom, showers, and a convenience store. We got breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts before we hit the road.
